WHAT IS THE UK RIGHT 2 RENT REGISTER?
We are a social enterprise providing a range of practical housing services and solutions for both tenants and landlords affected by the current UK housing crisis.
Our flagship service, a free-to-use voluntary UK tenant & landlord registration scheme assists genuine prospecting tenants affected by housing discrimination, to highlight themselves from others to UK private landlords.

Rising housing discrimination trends can be in part attributed to:
  • Rises in the use of false documents being presented to private landlords as right to rent evidence. 
  • Perceived higher risk of rogue tenant encounters associated with particular demographics.
  • Additional costs of making properties disable-ready 
  • The failure of government online checking facilities to ease landlord prosecution fears.

  • Facilitate requests from a potential landlords to preview  their profile info.
  • Access other UKR2R tenant services including available properties to rent.


Info captured at registration enables potential landlords to do their own due diligence, which in turn enables them to rent with more confidence to individuals from within affected tenant demographics.

Tenant profile info enables private landlords to communicate directly with a potential tenant's:
  • Previous landlords
  • Current employers 
  • Rent guarantor contacts, etc 
Tenant profile data is updatable, enabling users to maintain an ongoing CV-styled record of their UK lettings history footprint, beneficial to both themselves and future landlords.
