Rogue tenant report incidents accepted only consists of 3 pieces of information:
- Details of any rent arrears or anti-social behaviour which has occurred during an individuals tenancy
- Photographic evidence of any property damage caused during the individuals tenancy, also details of any items discovered missing from the property post-let
- The number found on the right to rent document supplied by the tenant to the landlord or agent pre-let
Search of our database is by number only.
If the document is ever re-presented as ID or Right to Rent evidence to a UKR2R registered landlord, on search of the document number any reported adverse history relating to it is available to view. This allows crucial pre let information to be obtained by private landlords whilst remaining GDPR COMPLIANT
