1. Letter / Email confirmation of an official offer inclusive of essential Information (such as Emergency Numbers and House Rules)
2. Tenancy Agreement
3. Keys
4. How to rent leaflet/ info - visit the “How to Rent” article posted on the .gov website
5. Deposit protection scheme confirmation info (i.e., certificate and prescribed information relating to security bond) deposit MUST be protected within 30 days of receipt
6. Gas safety check certificate
7. E.P.C. (Energy Performance Certificate)
8. PAT Report (Portable electrical appliances certificate) if applicable
9. EIRC report (Property electrical inspection report certificate)
10. Utility supplier info (gas, electric, etc) also local services info i.e., Council tax band, refuse collection (dates & times)
